As with all EBS managing directors, Bob works on the frontlines with client companies to identify, analyze and implement benefits programs that attract, retain and reward highly compensated executives and key talent. He develops and models plan design, benefits communication, and long-term plan administration to align with organizational culture and business goals. His three decades of experience in the financial, insurance and benefits industries with multiple firms informs his expertise in executive benefits.
Bob holds the professional designations of CLU and ChFC. He earned a Master in Financial Services from The American College and a BS in business and economics from Lehigh University. He lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and son. An avid runner, yoga practitioner, and squash player, he also serves as the Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Society of Sons of the Revolution.
